I recently read somewhere that in America kids can name quite a lot of Pokemon, but they are rather ignorant of wildlife animals and can name only few, to which someone replied: "Yes, but wildlife animals don't come running at you screaming their name." So true.
The Pokemon craze is something that breezed past me. While I did have a Gameboy, by the time Pokemon came out, I was busier with Playstation and other things (being in my early twenties at the time).
I did have a stab at Pokemon GO, but after the first enthusiasm wore off, it got a bit tedious.
